The property was easy access and and very clean. I like that all the instructions were clear and Wi-Fi and we had everything we need for our stay. I will recommend this property to all my friends and family.

Everything the location the decor I mean I just love this spot
We absolutely loved the place. It great for one to three people. Very cozy. Well lit and very clean. Right off of a main road, but the traffic wasn't too noisy at all. It was quite comfortable and relaxing. Absolutely loved all the trees around the area, especially for Florida. It's one of the best places we've stayed at for a short vacation, and we would definitely rent this again. In a great location, too! Everything was no more than 20 minutes (or less) to anywhere we wanted to go in Gainesville. Needed more toilet paper and wanted a couple more towels, and was contacted via phone within minutes of sending a message on the Booking.com app. They dropped off the items the very next day. Fantastic customer service.
