The best location. Very nice apartment with a kitchen with everything you need. The second year I stay here. Will definitely come again. Anna answers quickly.
Very clean, bright white room, newly furnished with equipments we needed including carry-on beach folding chairs, kitchen, and laundry. Public parking is very near and cheap (20 USD for 24 hr). Nice host with excellent communication. Great location for South Beach, not too crowded, close to beach.
Everything was great except for the fact that there was no hot water for the first two days. It was not their fault but I would have liked to seen a little reimbursement for the issue.
Paolo was very kind and helped me a lot during my stay and my dad's. The place is in a great area with shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach is close. We really had a great time!!
