Location. Been coming there for years. It was quiet. Walk in shower.
Wonderful sweeping view of the water. You could see surfers and people having fun. Very easy check in and out process. Location was great and close to many things.
The location was great (away from the hub-bub of Waikiki) yet walkable to restaurants (around a mile, one just 1/2 mile), lovely front patio with table/chairs for guests to drink morning coffee or eat take-out dinner, or just read. Short 4" walk to a nice beach for swimming, and access to a ladder down into the water from the retaining wall. Nice to have a private lanai looking into a courtyard or up the valley. Fresh cross breeze if we opened the front door and lanai door. Provided 2 beach/camp chairs to use.
The location is beyond perfect. Watch the sunrise over the mountains, watch it set on the sea wall, without ever leaving the property. The furnishings are okay, the bed was great, couch was ready to be replaced. It's a full 1bd apartment with a balcony on 2 sides so it's an amazing space in a quiet neighborhood across from a park and Diamond Head itself, but there is no housekeeping in the rooms, no way to contact management, and only occasionally someone at the front desk, so be self-sufficient and don't have any questions. The lower floors are people's homes so be quiet and respectful.
It was great, but the TV in the liven room never work only the one in the room ,but I love the place thank you for everything
