The location was great for me working in the area-I didn't have to drive all the way to Lubbock to drive back an hour each day. The room was clean, the bed was freshly made with fresh linens-I checked for bed bugs and didn't find any. The bathroom was clean and stocked, the towels were clean and fresh. The TV worked well using Direct TV. The AC worked great. Easy check in via text, the doors have digital codes you enter.
This is not a Hilton or Hyatt, you are in a small Texas town. There will be workers staying here. They were fine and didn't bother me, very nice and courteous, just be aware this isn't a 5 star resort and it isn't meant to be.
Check In was easy - and the property owner was lovely. The destination is really the middle of no-where but it was comfortable for what we needed.
