we were really tired and was a large group.
Clean room, the staff in reception was really friendly during night shift, the staff gave us lot of energy and so friendly.
During morning shift, there were some people in reception who were super nice as well.
The cleaning staff had some issues with English, however they were so nice as well.
The property was perfect! The entire hotel was very clean! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Being that I was a solo traveler I felt very safe here. It had the perfect location to check out some restaurants downtown. 4 golf courses pretty close to the property so it was a prime location for those who like to golf. The full gym was an excellent addition. The bar/restaurant inside seemed to offer yummy food and drink options without having to drive anywhere.
Everything was very clean & your staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions that i had.
Room was very clean and amenities were good. Beds were very comfortable and fast wifi was included. Gym was also nice and included many different machines.
We love Hilton but was a bit disappointed by this Doubletree by little things that make a difference that can be fixed. 1st off - Aaron at the front desk was awesome!!!! Very warm, welcoming and hospitable.
The 1st floor look was very nice.
The beds were nice and comfy. We called for blankets and they came right away - and the last that brought them up was.
