Clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Well located for those visiting Brookfield and nearby towns. For the cost—about $115 per night including taxes—it exceeded my expectations.
As residents of Asheville, North Carolina, we are victims of the recent Hurricane Helene that devastated our city and caused great loss of life.
We stayed at your property because we fled Asheville after the hurricane and were displaced.
Robinson at the front desk was especially kind, compassionate, and generous upon check-in.
The coffee was good but the rest of the breakfast was just ok. Then we were asked to pay 15 dollars a person! So not worth the money. Breakfast should be included like it is at other hotels. If there is a charge, it should be an outstanding breakfast.
My family's experience was amazing starting from check-in. The staff was friendly. I had to work during the day in my room which was great. My room came with a separate room for me to work in with desk, chair, TV and pull-out couch.
Traveling alone needed a safe east access . Front desk people were so helpful with food advice and assistance when I was checking out !
