Payment is made in cash upon arrival, never on credit cards. The owner must know your arrival time because this a private home. There is no 24-hour front desk. Once you have checked in, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please Please note guests can arrive later than 12:30pm, however this does have to be approved and arranged by owner before arrival.
