Requested accommodations were originally not met with the first clerk that checked us in, and said that there was nothing she could for us. Then after going to our room, which was 2 floors above the rest of our family, I decided to complain to the manager. She was not available because she was busy helping housecleaning. A wonderful clerk named Allison asked what my problem and asked if maybe she could help. I told her the issue and within seconds she was able to move us to another room a few down from the rest of our family on the same floor. Allison was willing to go the extra mile whereas the 1st clerk was not!
Cleanliness, facilities and amenities are amazing for the price.
It was my birthday weekend...Food and service was great...Dog friendly and clean doggie areas with supplies...
