The check in/out was a breeze and the hotel staff is pleasant/friendly/helpful. Breakfast was delish. Scrambles eggs, sausage links, mixed fruit, bagels, toast, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee, biscuits & gravy. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. We always bring our pillows from home, but the room pillows were fluffy but supportive. Microwave and mini fridge are nice to have. The TV was a nice flat screen / hdmi with lots of channels (Vizio). It was quiet and well located for our purposes. We've stayed at the Dutton Inn several times and judge other hotels against the Dutton. Sometimes, we can't afford it our want a place with a swimming pool for the grandkids, but it would be our first choice when we can afford it.

Perfectly located for everything we were doing in Branson. The price was excellent compared to competitors. The room wasn't "fancy" but it was comfortable and quiet. The staff was great and helped us get tickets (even to a show that was sold out online).
Breakfast was hot. The maid made sure our room was clean. The price was decent.
The beds were comfortable, the air was cold, location was great, staff was friendly.
