The location was perfect. It was fairly quiet, short walk to trains, parks, and delicious food.
The room was small but comfortable for 2 the facilities and Lobby was very welcoming
The hotel is well located near Grand Central and surrounded by restaurants bars, etc. The UN buildings are also very close by. Rooms are very comfortable. Quality of mattress and pillows are superb. A value added of the hotel is the possibility of exercising or doing yoga in your room. There are many thing a mat and others that you can use. I also love the gym.
Everything! The location, the ambiance, the size of the room and bathroom and of course the complimentary late check-out! It was just a perfect vibe.
The call to the room 10 minutes after check in to see if the room was ok was a fantastic surprise.
