Everything is in walking distance. Nice and quiet. Good water pressure for hot showers or baths. Beds are comfortable . Staff is friendly.

Clean and upgraded. Great location and friendly front desk. Will definitely return. Best motel/hotel I’ve stayed at in college station.
There was no breakfast. There WERE Cockroaches, but they were shy, but they were also in the fridge (which was kinda gross). The bed was comfortable. I paid "Roach Coach" price so I got what I expected. The staff was very friendly. Its a really tired motel 6, thats the rate I paid, no complaints.
