It has a very old charm but with contemporary amenities. My whole group loved the rocking chairs on the deck.
We come here at least once a summer as we love it so much. The location, the pool, the porch, the appeal for families, we adore this place! The staff are so sweet, too.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The building had loads of historic charm and the veranda was amazing. Dinner out on the veranda upon arrival was wonderful and to top it off the front desk gives you cookies at check in! They still use brass keys and they have a working historic elevator.
Beautiful historic hotel nestled in the mountains with great views and a stream right next to the access road. The hotel was charming and had a great, old elevator. Continental breakfast+ was served each morning (coffee, pastries, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, bagels,... The orange juice tasted fresh squeezed! The recently opened swimming pool was amazing and the gym had all new (and more than sufficient) equipment! Eagle Mountain House is really investing in the property!!
The room was very nice and the beds very comfortable. The location is beautiful.
