The staff was phenomenal! All that I dealt with were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable, with excellent customer service.
The room was large and clean. The shower was great. I like that I could travel with my well trained service animal.
It was very easy to get to. It was clean. The only thing is some maintance work that needs to be done. Hole in whole under window. Carpet in hallways were coming up it some areas and looked dirty. But not because of housekeeping just needs to be replaced. But everything else was great
When we got there, they had given us the wrong room arrangement. They upgraded without hesitation.
