Spacious, comfortable, nice quiet location, convenient restaurants in walking distance, parking not hard to find, host was communicative, great view from the driveway.

I loved my stay here and it was everything that i thought it would be. The title well describes the place. It's comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Its unique with alot of character. The amenities inside are a plus to make your stay even more comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
The studio apartment was lovely and in a wooded, hilly area of Berkeley. It only took a couple minutes by car to get down the hill to the center of town. We did not meet the owner but they communicated by email. We appreciated the microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker.
