Amazing view from the room! Our room directly face the wide meadow. They also design the place so that all cars can directly drive to the front of the room, which helps a lot for us to unload the luggage. A nice dinning table in front of the window. The room is also on the spacious side. Other then that, a basic motel that meets all of our needs.
Everything about the property from arrival to hotel ,view from the hotel ,complimentary gift Inside ,toiletteries,front desk staff ,cleanliness etc
The room and the property were extremely clean. The customer service given by the staff was fantastic as they demonstrated true care for people staying at Elk Refuge Inn. Looking out over Elk Refuge was a beautiful view. When we return to Jackson, we will definitely be staying there again. The welcoming gift was such a nice touch.
Great location and AMAZING staff! They even had welcome gifts in the room, which was a lovely touch!
