The bed was comfy, the room was spacious, and staff were exceptional!
We enjoyed the proximity to shopping, entertainment, and eateries in the Lexington area. The reception at The Elwood was exemplary, and the front desk clerk was friendly. Our room was large and the decor contemporary. We were pleasantly surprised.
Friendliness of the staff. I stayed 8 nights because my lady had many strokes and was in the hospital right across the street for a week. Hotel staff were very understanding and helped a lot.
I usually stay at the Elwood when I visit my family that lives in the area. The cocktails are delicious as is the food, the communal areas are very inviting to just rest for awhile. It's always very clean and the staff accommodating. I recommend it
Very clean, comfortable bed. Excellent bath toiletries. Charming outside appearance with lovely patio.
