The location is good for the shops at Hunt Valley. Room good size, comfortable, good storage. Generally quiet. WiFi good. Breakfast, especially the Omelette and Waffle facility, very good. Staff helpful.

The Hotel is well situated near the shops and restaurants at Hunt Valley. It is a large, impressive, modern hotel. As you might expect, some staff are more friendly and helpful than others. My room was a good size, with comfortable bed, good storage, Wi Fi and shower. The room was quiet, away from the bustle of the atrium. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the evening meal here was very nice albeit the service was very slow. There are laundry facilities and a pool/spa, although the opening hours are limited.

Breakfast was good. My omelet was delicious when I went late and there wasn't many people. My room was lovely. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my sitting room.

The food was amazing but better than that the staff were impeccable. They’re attitudes the way they talk to people if you needed something they were very attentive, which is not something that you get in five star hotels and other places and so that was so impressive the lady who took my reservation because I made changes was so accommodating and went above and beyond and I’m trying to think of her name but I’m getting a bit old. I think it was Samantha or Susan she was just amazing just the whole staff, the bartender Was one of my favorites as well for that happy hour, so I am impressed and this is my new hotel.
