Location, truly helpful staff everywhere, pool, gym, Netflix accessibility in room, valet parking,
Excellent rooms, service, breakfast, valet parking team, location, the pool, etc. Gingerbread competition between different departments of the hotel. Christmas spirit, Santa Claus visit for the children's, christmas decoration, ocean front view. Everything is ok.
Hotel is on a perfect beach location (big sandy beach with miles of walking) and has a huge pool (where kids were even allowed to use balls etc.). the whole hotel area is very clean and very professionally managed. the room was big enough and had a sofa with TV in the interior part of the room.
living on the beach also means that it is a bit of a drive to the centre of St. Augustine - for us this was ok as the beach was more important. but if your focus is the old part of town, this hotel is probably too far away.
right opposite the hotel were a few nice restaurants in walking distance.
Very nice Embassy Suits, directly on the beach. Great breakfast, great bar, friendly and helpful staff.
Good breakfast, very nice location with beach access and beautiful pool.
