The personal care from staff was our favorite part of the experience.
Staff was extremely helpful especially with our visiting family members during meal time.
Very posh room with all the amenities and we loved the food and the live music in the evening - the fireplace, coffee machine and robes in the room. We loved the French speaking manager adding to the ambiance. And all of the staff were exceptional. Did I mention the croissant? Delicious!
Lovely boutique hotel with great people. Nicely located in downtown Los Altos.
The location for us was very good. We could walk to everything. Our room was small but very cozy and had everything we needed.
