One of the best properties iv stayed in nyc, clean , well equipped and very spacious. Perfect one bedroom but felt like a 3 bender
Quiet on a high floor, easy access to all subway lines, responsiveness of host, clean and cozy.
Location was so convenient and the property made a longer stay more comfortable

Apartment has a kitchen so nice to make breakfast or make something quick if you want.
Whole foods a few minutes walking distance and small shop just outside.
Good connection subway and ferry terminal.
