Most of all the front desk clerk I think her name is Monica or masia the very young lady she is the best. Customer friendly, very efficient and knows her job well . She does her job with a smile each day.i have been coming for the last 5 years, twice a year in May and also in September am from the Bahamas work in the hotel Atlantis for 20 years I know about good service thank you all for the service.will see you back in September for another 2 weeks.
The lady at the front desk was friendly and willing to help. She waived the pet fee which was awesome. She made our day.
The property was in a good location. Didn’t feel worried at all and very clean.
