I’ve stayed with extended stay for a while, as I was waiting for my house to be ready. I would like to thank Mr. Deniro (front desk staff member) for his excellent customer service. He as well as Ms. Sophia made my stay comfortable. Kudos also to the housekeeper- Mr. Seth. He made sure we were giving all our necessary necessities daily and always with a smile. Lastly, the manager Ms. Eunice did her best to accommodate me and my family during our stay. Thanks again to you all..!!
The size and arrangement of the room was good: kitchen, bedroom, living area
There was no breakfast even though they said breakfast was included, I was so disappointed.
It was convenient to my second job. I needed to take a shower and change clothes cause I just got off my first job, which is in Ellicott City, and my second job is off of Columbia Gateway. When I got off work from my second job, I ended up staying the night since I paid for the room.The room was really nice comfortable bed.
Location was very convenient for my needed necessary travels
