I like that the bed is comfy and everything works good staff
Max was an Customer Service expert:). She customer resolved my Mom's handicapped accomodation which was initially ignored with my booking. Also the TV not working with the amount of money we spent
Location & easy access to my room on the ground floor.
Privacy and the fact u need gloves from sum 1 to work out, thanks y'all
Front desk staff was very nice and done a great job! The rooms were pleasant and more spacious than I imagined.
