The location in Alpharetta is great! We were attending a show at the Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. IT was easy to access and not a far drive. There's a Waffle House within a walkable distance for food, and a connection to a gas station and mini food mart. At check in, we had a pick of rooms because of the availability which was awesome. I personally got to check out 3 to choose from. There were very very minor issues with2/3, but the 3rd was perfect. Dishes were available upon request. The microwave stopped working our last night but they were very helpful.

the bed is comfortable, the entire hotel is spotless, the location to the Avalon is perfect, and the staff is nice

Marry and judy went out there to accommodate me and kids during our visit for basketball tournaments, they made sure our room was clean and even allowed us to eat our food in the dinning area until our room was ready. That has never happened to me in all my years of traveling. A+ service
