Staff very nice, confortable bed and good location.
Steve was very courteous and helpful, room was very clean
The room was spacious enough, had a comfortable bed, curtains that kept light out at night for a good night's sleep, and adequate lighting. The bathroom was clean, good lighting, and had more than enough towels for one person for a week. I only used one set. The concierge provided me with enough kitchen equipment for my needs, though there were a few items I forgot, such as paper towels, dish soap and sponge. The HVAC unit functioned perfectly.
Friendly staff, room was comfortable and reasonable priced.
Kitchenette and dishes provided were great, place was clean and quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Well positioned in Austin, with easy if long walkable routes to the rest of the city.
