The biggest reason for my "5" is the desk staff. I don't know names, but they were nice and funny and had great personalities! The location was great for the Riverbend music center and/or Bogart's. The room was very nice and clean. Another big plus is the elevator! They accommodated my ground floor request with no problem, but I could stay if they couldn't. I will definitely stay again!
Stay was great, hotel was clean and quiet. The front desk ladies were so sweet when checking out. Would recommend.
We came to town for the Bengals game. It was a minute walk to the trolley to the stadium. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Plenty of places within walking distance.
Staff was very friendly and quick to solve any issue. Comfy, clean, no bugs. That's about all I'm looking for in a hotel. Breakfast wasn't as big of a variety as the picture looked. That's OK though, they had coffee.
Room 311 was very nice, clean. Romm was remodeled. Parking lot is shared with a holiday inn at twice the rate. Pleasantly suprised. Staff was professional and fast. Fast food and pizza and party store within walking distance!
