The front office was very friendly and accommodating. The room was just wonderful!
It was very clean. Desk staff was really nice and helpful
I had to wait for my room to be open so I had the opportunity to watch how staff interacted with residents. I loved the familiarity among everyone. They listened to peoples problems. They was funny, sweet and kind when interacting with everyone.
Nice and quiet place to stay with family. Liked the fact that the room was fully equipped with a very usable kitchen and every other basic necessities -- very useful (Not every hotel room comes with microwave, stove, refrigerator or utensils). Nothing fancy, but way better than any motels which usually have bed bugs or things not working, or cleanliness issues. Everything in the room was working, no issues, and sheets were clean. Really good value if the price remains the same. Most hotels in the Hillsboro area are way too overpriced, so was initially considering a cheaper Airbnb or a motel. However, was pleasantly surprised with a fully equipped room with every basic necessity (and avoiding any costly unwanted extras like swimming pools or spas or gym -- which we never use).
Pretty much everything. Staff were very pleasant, and the rooms were big. Beds are comfortable.
