They were super accommodating as I had to book in emergency in the middle of the night due to my previous hotel cancelling on me

Clean, friendly staff and easy to get to. Multiple doors to get to from parking lot to make getting into the building easier.
The location is good and close to many things in the city. The room is good for the price. I didn't expect more than that.
