Excellent location and really delicious breakfasts! A choice every morning and freshly prepared by the owner. The location is right in downtown Newport so very easy to walk everywhere.

Hospitality, very comfortable, like staying in someone’s home. Location second to none! Welcome to come and go as we pleased and Denise and her husband were both really welcoming and gave brilliant advice about what to do or where to eat and had great tips for us as we had never been to Newport before. We will definitely be back!

Great host, very helpful and flexible about the time for a freshly cooked breakfast, and the location is incredibly easy and walkable from downtown.

The location is perfect. You are in the middle of everything with the longest walk being ten minutes in each direction. From the room we stayed in, we could see the RC Church that President Kennedy was married in.
