Senior Manager, front desk crew who help out every morning and the professional room service staff.
Very nice for the price. Very clean decent free breakfast coffee and tea the staff is very nice. Everything you need. No more and no less we stay here a lot. Great value
The staff and management were extremely friendly and attentive. They offered complimentary coffee throughout the day, and the rooms were impeccably clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with a nearby Jamaica restaurant serving delicious and affordable meals. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff replenished the options regularly. This hotel felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn't have minded staying a few more days. Neco and the rest of the staff were particularly kind and friendly.
The interiors were recently redone, and were quite attractive.
