The staff! GM Thigpen has trained her staff Exceptionally well and customer service. Anything that was asked for was done with a smile. From taking time talking with the kiddos to recommendations for outings.
Hotel was centrally located for our activities. It was also just a short drive to Montgomery. Coffee and breakfast buffet was also nice.
Actually the location was difficult to get to, but the property was clean and I felt safe.
The staff was very courageous and went far and beyond to me our needs
