Location is perfect for where I was traveling to (KC).
The rooms were very clean and well laid out even though a bit small. The bathroom had good lighting and a large counter. Provided soaps and shampoo smelled good. The breakfast was nice as well with make it yourself waffles and other simple offerings. Enough seating even when a bit busy.
The pool was nice as well even though it was small. Our grandkids used it twice. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels.
Beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was much better than average. Quiet. Hotel seemed recently updated

This hotel staff is excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. They always take care of our needs.
