The breakfast was standard hotel buffet breakfast.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I like the touch of seasonal decorating of the lobby and eating area. I like the convenience of the lobby, charge stations, dining all in open area.
The shades in the room are printed scenes which gives a bit of coziness to the room. We always stay here when visiting my sister. Parking is good, and well lit which was nice when I solo travelled. The beds were comfortable. I liked the large shower in the bathroom. I like the greeting on the tv when you got to your room.
Breakfast was ok. I was hoping for more fresh fruit options
It was so clean and beautifully decorated inside and out. The location was in the center of everything, and right off of I-75. As soon as you walked in, it smelled so clean. Greg was super! All the employees I encountered were happy and helpful. The hot breakfast was a great bonus. The rooms were very clean and modern. I am very happy with the days we stayed. And considering it was our stopping point of halfway home from Destin, Florida, the couple days we stayed there, were more enjoyable than the entire week in Destin. And Norris dam was a great place to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And again, Greg, at front desk, was top notch!
Spacious lobby and dining area, availability of snacks and meals for purchase. The Christmas tree decorated with American flags in the lobby in late May is a nice touch of randomness.
Breakfast was OK. Better than many competitors but not as good as a full service breakfast.
