Manager is amazing, location is great, renovated rooms are nice

The location was perfect for my needs! Check in was very simple and hassle free, and the young man at the front desk was very kind, friendly, and accommodating... once he got there (see below). This is an older no frills hotel, but I knew that when I booked it so it was not an issue. I did not go there expecting a Hilton experience. It would not have been ideal for an extended stay, but was perfectly fine for a couple of nights. I had read multiple reviews before booking, and I did not have any problems with many of the things others had complained about. I had plenty of hot water, the room was clean, and the noise from the music of nearby establishments was not a problem. I have to be back in that area in a few weeks, and I plan to stay there again if possible.

wonderful location! very friendly in heartland of Opryland! close to Opryland mall our fridge wasn't working so they swapped us rooms! Very very nice staff! would def stay here again! Went to Nashville spent 2 days here! went to Nashville Zoo! also went to princes to get some fresh hot spicy chicken sandwich! went to the Brooklyn bowl downtown for a Insane Clown Posse Concert!!!!! so much fun also Scoreboards bar around the corner cheap prices! waffle house and mcds near by! soooo worth staying here!!!!! i will be back again very calm and relaxing!

The room was ready a little early. It was clean. The front desk gentleman was very helpful with how to get downtown and Nissan Stadium without driving.
