Расположение прекрасное, до всех достопримечательнойтей легко можно дойти пешком.
Аппартаменты очень-очень старые, мебель тоже из прошлого. Полы грязные, в ванной вообще неприятно находится. Вместо душа дырка в полу, вода не уходит, поскольку канализация забита. Все время казалось что с какой-нибудь щели либо клоп вылезит, либо мышь. Не рекомендую эти аппартаменты.
