The staff, cleaning staff, and the workers at the Bar was very friendly and polite
The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help out our large group.
The staff members greeted us every time we walked through the lobby. There was the coffee bar, fruit, granola bars, and popcorn in the lobby for the guests. We enjoyed these items. We were also given a little goodie bag as a holiday "thank you" for staying there. We will be staying here again.
I got the room with a balcony and it was great, room was big and the couch was comfy!
