The room was big and cozy. The hotel is located around the airport, close from the main attractions and the Amtrak train station as well. There was a problem with me credit card but Ms Helana was able to fix it and handle very well. Thank you! I would definitely be back to this hotel location soon again.
Decent facility at a reasonable rate. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Daily housekeeping if desired.
The location was convenient. The swimming pool was unusual in that it had a depth of 8 ft on one end. The pool was deep enough to actually swim without scraping the bottom with my toes which is unusual for most hotels.
Convenient location, incredible customer service - every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, respectful and seemed to really enjoy their job. The room was exceptional and transportation to/from hotel/parking was on point.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were with a very large group and everyone commented on how friendly and accommodating the staff was.
The food in the little bar down stairs was phenomenal! Zoe was an excellent waitress that handled our group well, even though she was brand new.
