Staff was friendly. Room was clean, overall very comfortable stay. The only recommendation I have is to, if possible, remove the pictures of the pool and the breakfast (for this location) because this location doesn’t have any
The room had everything I needed. It had a fridge and microwave.
The staff is wonderful, friendly, and attentive but not intrusive. I was delayed an entire day and finally checked in at almost 10pm. I must have looked as bedraggled as I felt because the gentleman at the front desk got me situated quickly and assured me that anything i needed but didn't have would be brought to me. I found my suite at the end of the building with no one immediately next door for the first few nights. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. And he was true to his word because the 2 things I asked for during the week were provided immediately and cheerfully.
My room was attractive and in order; I slept very well on a new mattress. The kitchenette had a range with an oven, microwave and a full size refrigerator with a freezer that actually kept things frozen! Tableware, pots, pans and utensils were clean and fine for cooking a simple meal.
I especially liked that there was plenty of hanging and drawer space to put my things away.
Had a slight issue when we first arrived but the staff was quick to fix it. Enjoyed having the full kitchen and grills on the property. Definitely will stay if back in the area
It was quiet , clean, comfortable and attractive. This place has always had a great reputation and it seems like the new owners want to keep that up.
The front desk clerk, Judy, went above and beyond in hospitality. She also helped me when I struggled with the tv (my technological inadequacy).
When I found out that one guy does the maintenance, groundskeeping and most of the cleaning, I was gobsmacked. Saturday morning (not too early), some staff was out power washing one of the buildings.
The location can't be beaten, convenient yet basically in the country. I highly recommend.
