Amenities and restaurants were great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Four Seasons held their impeccable service standard here.

The room was very well done, and extremely comfortable and the fireplace was a nice touch since the weather was on the cool side at night and mornings. The outside patio was beautiful and relaxing. We've traveled at other Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton's and have been given daily credits to use for food or activities, I wish the breakfast was included or was given a daily credit of some sort. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special.

The entire place was beautiful and serene. The restaurants were fantastic, and the entire staff was amazing.

We have been coming here once or twice a year for about 15 years. It's our favorite hotel in the world. However, the prices have developed exorbitantly after the Corona period. Whether overnight stay or the restaurant prices have increased by 20-30%. But the little things that used to make it special are missing: a greeting card in the room with for example: Homemade salsa, quality cosmetics, open fire on the patio in front of the bar, etc. The rooms have been redesigned, but the small chest of drawers in the storage area does not correspond to any attractive design, nor is it practical to use next to the suitcases and shoes. The new tile design is certainly a matter of taste, but so much white gives the bathroom the impression of a hospital. I don't want to say in general that everything was better in the past, but we liked some things better.
