The staff was very nice, especially the lady in the office. The air conditioner worked really well. The hot water was good as well as the water pressure. The room was fairly clean, and the bed was comfortable.
It is easily accessed near major road and the room was comfortable especially given the the cost.
I like budget motels when I travel. I only sleep in the rooms, I don't really spend much time in them. With that said, clean and comfortable are pretty much my standards. Whereas this is an older style motel it does have it's bumps and bruises, the owners kept it very clean and it was comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in future visits to Franklin. Thanks!

The location is almost adjacent to a main artery making the Blue Ridge Parkway very accessible
