Convenient location, nice room with desk, comfortable beds. Once the mix-up with the credit card being declined due to the bank's fraud paranoia was solved the staff were very friendly. We booked two nights but ended up breaking our journey sooner and missing the first night. They offered us a second night since we'd paid for two which was kind of them, although we couldn't take them up on the offer due to our travel plans.
We accidentally reserved rooms with the wrong number of beds. When we called, the staff were very accommodating and friendly about switching to a better room.
Location close to my destination, across from grocery store and easy to find
Older units, but clean and convenient for our needs.
The front desk lady was accommodating to our needs. She was very empathic with me. She already had my room ready for me early. I would 100 percent stay there again!!!
