I like that it's the same people at the front desk. I love that they are straight to the point and they handle what needs to be handled. They scan the property. I have seen improvements over the last 2 months. If there was anything wrong with my room they change it. No questions asked. I love that there's families here and they do their best to keep it safe! There's no roaches or rats. I did see multiple reviews stating that there was. There isn't. I've come here multiple times with my kids and haven't seen roaches or rats. Pet friendly - family oriented - good Customer service 9 out of 10 for us!

The maintenance man was new to the property and was so busy Everytime I saw him. I had an issue with my air conditioner and thought I would never get it fixed due to him being so busy. He not only fit me into his unbelievable busy schedule but he also let me use his air conditioner from his own room. He wasn't able to fix mine but gave up his own for over a week so I would be comfortable. I saw him on multiple occasions interacting with the kids in the courtyard and also observed him handling some sticky situations with some troubled guest. His professionalism and patience was out of this world. If hotels or all businesses had employees like Joe the maintenance man. People would come again and again and look past some small issues. Thank you Joe for all you did for me and always doing it with a smile.
