1) The accessibility to the freeway and public transport.
2) We booked the hotel just for one night, to attend the new year's eve in San Francisco, hence it was more about accessibility and a comfortable basic place for us.
Love the location and the room was clean and comfortable.
This motel is in a nice neighborhood near Golden Gate Park where there are few motels. It is small and a little out dated, but clean and comfortable enough for a couple of nights.
location was very good. Motel and parking are ok. good to stay one night. Had just landed at SFO and was starting road trip next day. We did late checkin with ni problem.
The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet even though the location is downtown.
