We thought we were getting a queen but got a really comfortable king! The elevator guys were awesome! The the big band music out front was great! The location could not be better! I actually got to really appreciate the whole park!
Great staff. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom could use an upgrade but was charming and met my needs. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful spot. Victoria pool is amazing!
Location and the elegance of the hotel. Communication via text with concierge. Ultra responsive! Had a small issue in the room and they fixed it within 15 minutes. Impressive. Pillows and mattress are amazing here!!
The hotel is clean and beautiful. It’s a real throw back in time. I would absolutely love to return.
