The room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and pleasant. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and nice to chat with. The location right on Venice Beach is excellent. Walking distance to the convention that I was at. Lots of good food very close by.
Staff was very nice. They answered all my questions well and helped any way they could. Room was nice and clean. I liked the room service everyday, cleaning ladies were nice.
My daughter and our two dogs came from Flagstaff, AZ for a two night stay and had such a wonderful experience. J and the team were so sweet and loved our dogs. They helped us without even having to ask with our luggage. Breakfast was fresh and great coffee. We stayed in suite 21, which was equipped with everything we needed! Even fresh bread gets delivered to your suite. The decor of the suite and all the live plants around the hotel were stunning and creative! We had a partial ocean view but the entire upstairs allows for full view. We will definitely be coming back and thank you for having us!
This hotel really goes above and beyond with free waters and discounted coffees, lovely toiletries, and luxurious linens and finishes. Plus, it's in a great location and the staff are exceptional.
The service was really good an always tried to help. Communication was great too
