Location wasn't far from where I had to go - VA Palo Alto. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Super nice, welcoming and friendly folks running this place. Lots of parking
I liked the pillows. The AC just didn't get the room cold enough for me. A ceiling fan would be great. You should consider that. I do want to say that I appreciated the manager, Lee. He is / was amazing. He catered to whatever it was. Any issue that may have popped up, he took care of it. The 2nd night I was there, I was walking to my room and the night attendant was told to make sure he met me at the door with a bucket of ice. That was so sweet and I tell everyone about it, too. The next day, there was even a shower caddy that wasn't there before. So kind!!!!
Lee and all the other staff are very helpful. Sweet demeanor and they make sure you’re enjoying your stay:)
The rooms are spacious quiet and roomy very accommodating staff great location
