The apartment was nice and cozy. Entering the apartment was very simple. The Kroger store is a few blocks away and there is a nice little park in front of the location.
Gorgeous location and a very nice apartment. Walking distance to pretty much everything.
This is a great place, beautiful and romantic. One great things is that since it does not come with private parking you are only one bock away from Gaston Street. All parking is free South of Gaston day and night . We had no problem parking free about a short block and a half from our rooms. THERE IS ALSO A FREE CITY SHUTTLE FROM THE FORSYTH PARK. We took it to go dine further downtown (but if you are a walker, you can walk to river street in about 20 min or so.). The rooms are beautiful and the main bed comfortable.

Great location on a quiet street in downtown. Comfortable and well equipped. Easy to use door codes provided well in advance of check in. Excellent housekeeping, well maintained property.
