The staff was very friendly. The decor was fun and made our stay feel more special. The bed was extremely comfortable.
We love this hotel.. but we had a few issues: the hot air did not reach the bathroom, so it was frigid; the curtains did not block the light at night; and the TV was unplugged when we arrived
The location is perfect for exploring Yale University. It's right down the street from the Art Gallery and lots of restaurants and shops. The decor is lovely and top quality.
The room was adorable and very clean; nice bathroom; decent closet space with functioning safe. The location is unbeatable for Yale alums/parents.
The room was spacious and very comfortably decorated the bed while a bit soft was very comfortable. The staff was especially attentive and helpful
