The decor is amazing location is perfect for any UT activities. We were attending the 2025 UT honors banquet so it was a fun place to stand. We stopped in the Saloon 16 after and that was very enjoyable for a Tennessee fan

Close to the concert venue. Adorable room decor. Friendly staff.
Location, room and staff. Overnight parking is too expensive
We loved that our stay was right by UT campus. We attended a Vols game, and were easily able to walk to the game and back. Is is also very close to Just Love coffee, so we grabbed breakfast there. The decor was adorable, and staff was very friendly!
