Cute and funky decor.
Really well located- lots of nightlife, restaurants, bars. Still - a quiet stay.
Great location for visiting UNL and right at the center of downtown (haymarket district?). For business trips for me, comfort and location location location are all that really matters. The room was clean and had everything I needed, bed and pillows were really comfortable. Parking garage was attached to the building. Plenty of restaurants within easy 1 block walking distance. I had a room on the 15th floor and the view was quite pretty for Nebraska, nice and clear. I used the fitness room and it did the job (as usual barely anyone there) and I was able to get my work out in while traveling.
We stay at the Graduate often. We stay for a reason, we try to go to a lot of Husker games, and the graduate is in a great location. The bartender at Single Barrel was great! We will be back.
The location was wonderful as our event was 1 1/2 blocks away. The room was very interesting. We really liked it!
Comfortable and clean. Good place for a solid nights sleep!
